Support
A real person reads this mailbox.
Email support@moondoku.com about anything β a bug, a puzzle that looks wrong, your account, or a refund. We aim to reply within two business days. If you're writing about an account, send it from the address the account uses, or tell us which address that is.
Before you write
The FAQ covers the questions we're asked most: how hints and difficulty work, what an account gets you, and how the Nightly puzzle is chosen.
Signing in
MoonDoku has no passwords. On the web you sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a link we email you; in the iOS app it's Sign in with Apple or Google; on Steam it's a code sent to your email. If a link or code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first β and if it still hasn't, write to us and we'll get you in.
You don't need an account to play. Tonight's Nightly is free for everyone, everywhere, with or without one. In the iOS and Steam versions the rest of the puzzles come with the app too; on the web, endless play is what the full game unlocks. An account adds your streak, your sky, achievements, and syncing between devices.
Deleting your account or data
The iOS app can delete your account from inside the app β Account, then Delete account. It removes the account and everything attached to it: sessions, scores, streaks, achievements, and leaderboard entries. It cannot be undone, and it isn't reversible by us either.
To delete an account any other way, or to ask what we hold about you, email support@moondoku.com. The privacy policy sets out what we collect and why.
Purchases and refunds
Bought at moondoku.com? Our refund policy is 30 days, no questions asked. Bought on the App Store or on Steam? Apple and Valve handle those refunds themselves β for iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com, for Steam use Steam Support. Purchases don't carry between the web, iOS, and Steam versions: each one is bought where it's played.
Reporting a puzzle
Every puzzle ships with exactly one solution and is checked to be solvable by logic alone β no guessing required at any difficulty. If one ever seems otherwise, tell us the difficulty and roughly when you played it, and a screenshot of the board if you have one; that's enough for us to find the exact puzzle you were given.
