Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked. If the full game isn’t for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it. You don’t need to explain why.

Try before you buy

Tonight’s Nightly puzzle is free forever, for everyone, with or without an account. You can play MoonDoku for as long as you like before deciding whether to buy the full game, so nobody needs to buy blind.

How to request a refund

Email support@moondoku.com from the address on your MoonDoku account, or tell us which address you used. We’ll refund the purchase to your original payment method, usually within a couple of business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

When a purchase is refunded, the full game is removed from your account and MoonDoku returns to the free experience — the Nightly, your streak, your sky, and your achievements all stay exactly where they are.

After 30 days

Just ask. The 30 days is a promise, not a wall — if something has gone wrong, write to us and we’ll sort it out.

Purchases on iOS and Steam

This policy covers purchases made at moondoku.com. The iOS app and the Steam edition are sold by Apple and Valve, who handle their own refunds under their own terms — we can’t issue or refuse those. For iOS, request a refund through Apple; for Steam, through Steam Support.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have by law, including the right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and UK. Where those rights are shorter than 30 days, this policy is the more generous one and it applies.
